What Fipe Web Design Did
Fipe Web Design takes great care to make sure that your project goals are well understood, and your expectations exceeded. Our web development approach is collaborative and devised to keep you informed every step of the way, ensuring that you flourish online.
Additionally, our client support is prompt, friendly, and solution focused. In fact, we always try to respond within 24 hours and resolve any reported issues.
We also use open-source content management systems (CMS) to build all our websites. This means that the software is free to use, does not require you to purchase a license, and helps you keep costs down.
The project for Efficacy included relaunching their existing website by developing bespoke features aimed at improving the user experience. We were brought on to the project by a digital marketing agency that was focused on search engine optimisation based on our reputation for fast turn-around times, which can be crucial for client access. This led us to also work closely with third-party hosting companies to restore key data and consult on technical aspects. Efficacy’s project consisted of the following services:
Web Development:
Fipe Web Design creates project builds with the right tools to deliver feature-rich websites on time and on budget. And with free maintenance and support, we’ve got you covered so you don’t have to sweat the small (or big) stuff – from website security to consultations. For Efficacy, this was comprised of developing tailored features for their website relaunch and included data restoration, content migration, and sever management for over two years.
We also provided consultation services on several technical aspects to engage with stakeholder and coordinate with two external agencies, ensuring that all agencies’ ideas were represented. This included advising on Efficacy’s server management options as their previous server was not powerful enough for the relaunch.
CMS Platform:
For Efficacy, we used Umbraco as the content management system since their original website was already on this platform. Umbraco is known as “the friendly CMS” due to its flexible content management options. While it is not the most widely used CMS platform, it was launched in 2004 and is considered one of the fastest growing on the market.
